The University of Guam Men's Soccer Team officially finished 4th in the Guam Football Association standings and stats released today on the GFA website. While there are still a few matches to be made up, the Top 4 teams in the league are finished with their seasons and nothing can change their results.

The NAPA Rovers FC won the league with a 15-4-1 record and 46 points. The Islanders FC and the Bobcat Rovers were tied for 2nd with 44 points. The Islanders FC had a 14-4-2 record while the Bobcat Rovers were 13-2-5. The UOG Tritons came in 4th place with a 14-6-0 record and 42 points. LOA Heat is a distant 5th place with 31 points and still one match to play.

UOG was 1-5-0 against the teams above it in the standings with a victory over the Islanders (1-5, 3-2). Both losses to the Rovers FC (1-2, 2-3) was by one goal each match and the Bobcat Rovers by identical 1-3 scores.

The Tritons had the best defense in the league, only allowing 29 goals on the season (1.45 goals per match) which was 12 goals better than the 2nd place defense, the Islanders FC with 41 goals (2.05 per match).

UOG scored 60 goals on the season for a 3.0 match average for 5th best in the league. UOG's Jacques Diambra Odi was the 7th best scorer in the league with 15 goals and he only played about half the season, joining the squad in January. Dylan Naputi was also high on the scorers list with 12 goals.

The Tritons are now playing in the Bank of Guam, GFA Cup and will play on Friday night at 9:00 p.m. against the BOG Strykers (Division I) in the "Elite Eight" of the tournament.
