“Convenient.” It’s the best word to describe the newest addition to the University of Guam campus, the Triton Express. Located on the first floor of Dorm 1, the Triton Express offers a variety of hot food items, snacks, drinks, groceries, and daily necessities for UOG students and employees.

The store was developed to primarily meet the needs of dorm students, who had been asking for more options for food service particularly on the weekends said Residence Hall Director Jonathan Triplett

“I am very excited for the opportunity to provide our students with our first campus convenience store,” said Triplett. “These services will enhance their student experience and gives them late night and weekend options for shopping.”

Students will no longer have to walk or drive to neighborhood stores to get their supplies. Finance and economic major Patrick Hachigeliuar is excited about Triton Express.

“It’s great! I won’t have to walk far to get food or things that I would need,” Hachiegeliuar said. “The Triton Express is easily accessible and saves me time before or after my classes and especially in the evenings.”

The Triton Express is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day and is operated by LSG Sky Chefs. It offers groceries and pre-prepared food items like bento boxes, siopao, musubi, soups, sandwiches and more. Students can also find convenience items like toothpaste, detergent, and other supplies.  It is located on the first floor of Dorm 1.
