High School students participate in the University of Guam's annual Chemistry Titration Competition in March.

The University of Guam Chemistry Program is hosting a Chemistry Forum on April 19 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the CLASS Lecture Hall at UOG. Any person interested in chemistry is invited to attend.

The forum features guest speaker Frank Ishizaki who will be talking about his “Island Chemistry Story.” Ishizaki is one of the University’s 2016 Distinguished Alumni Award winners and is the first Triton to graduate from UOG with a chemistry degree.

The forum will also feature information on program updates for UOG’s Chemistry program and a panel of Chemistry professionals who will discuss opportunities for graduates of the program.

For more information, contact Dr. Maika Vuki at vukim@triton.uog.edu.
