ATTENTION STUDENTS!

The University of Guam College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences announces three scholarship opportunities due April 21. All applications must be submitted to the UOG Financial Aid Office before 3 p.m. on Friday, April 21, 2017. See the descriptions of each scholarship below.

THE DR. MARY SPENCER MICRONESIAN STUDIES SCHOLARSHIP AWARD

The Dr. Mary Spencer Micronesian Studies Scholarship is a $500 scholarship awarded to one or more students admitted to the Micronesian Studies Master of Arts Program at the University of Guam.  The applicant must be a a resident of Guam, the Freely Associated States (Republic of the Marshall Islands; Federated States of Micronesia; Republic of Palau), or the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands. Deadline to apply for this scholarship is 3:00 p.m.,Friday, April 21, 2017 - Applications must be submitted to the Financial Aid Office.

THE DR. REBECCA A. STEPHENSON AWARD

The primary purpose of this award fund is to provide one or more annual grant-in-aid to honor outstanding students in majors of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, based on the student’s declaration of one or more significant achievements which deserves notice and merit.  The applicant must be a full-time student at the University of Guam and whose major falls under the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (CLASS).  Deadline to apply for this scholarship is 3:00 p.m.,Friday, April 21, 2017 - Applications must be submitted to the Financial Aid Office.

THE WILLIAM MARMIE MICRONESIAN STUDIES SCHOLARSHIP AWARD

The William Marmie Micronesian Studies Scholarship is A $500 scholarship awarded to one or more students admitted to the Micronesian Studies Master of Arts Program at the University of Guam.   Deadline to apply for this scholarship is 3:00 p.m.,Friday, April 21, 2017 - Applications must be submitted to the Financial Aid Office.
