Eligibility Requirements

General Eligibility Requirement Prior to Exchange:

• Be in good academic and financial standing.
• Baccalaureate degree seeking undergraduate student.
• Completion of one academic year (24 credits) at an NSE campus prior to exchange.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Good academic and financial standing.
• No incomplete grades from previous terms.

Direct Placements (Spring 2025) – October 25, 2024

AY2025-2026 Application Deadlines:

Priority Placements (Fall 2025 & Spring 2026) - February 7, 2025
Direct Placements (Spring 2026) – October 24, 2025

Cost

$150.00 NSE Application Fee – Paid online upon application submission.
$90.00 UOG NSE Application Fee – Paid to the UOG Cashier.
