WebAdvisor will no longer be in service effective on
Monday, January 1, 2024.

Our Enterprise Resource Planning provider, Ellucian, has announced that WebAdvisor will be retired. 

Ellucian’s replacement for WebAdvisor is Colleague Self-Service. Wherever possible, WebAdvisor functionality has been migrated to Self-Service.

For all active students and active employees, below are the steps to access Self-Service:

  1. Click the Login button in the top right corner of the UOG website
  2. Select Self-Service
  3. Sign in using your login credentials (This should be the same login credentials you used for WebAdvisor)

Self-Service can also be accessed directly via the URL https://selfservice.uog.edu.
