About Helpdesk
The UOG Helpdesk is a ticketing system that provides UOG employees a platform to request or inquire about technical inquiries regarding systems and services provided or handled by the UOG Office of Information Technology (IT), UOG Maintenance, and/or the UOG Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE).
There are three (3) types of requests that can be made through the UOG Helpdesk system, which include the following:
IT Helpdesk
Create requests for any technical inquiries involving:
- Computer issues
- Domain (.gu) support / requests
- Email: Activation / setup / problem
- Error message(s) at startup / program use
- Install / setup supported software
- Lab reservation
- Colleague program support
- Network connection(s)
- Printer errors / network printing
- UOG Website support
- Virus / malware problem
- Other inquiries
Institutional Research (OIE)
Create requests for any inquiries involving:
- Alumni data
- CollegeNet
- CROA
- Program review data
- Qualtrics
- TracDat
- Other inquiries
Plant Maintenance Work Order
Create requests for any inquiries involving:
- Air-conditioning
- Capital improvement projects
- Carpentry
- Custodial
- Electrical
- General maintenance
- Grounds
- Plumbing
- Safety & security
- Other inquiries
