Services Shutdown Due to Typhoon Yutu

The Office of Information Technology will be shutting down services because of Typhoon Yutu. 

As a result, the following services will be intermittent or unavailable:

  • Eduroam Wireless and Wired Internet Connectivity
  • Ellucian Colleague – Datatel UI and Datatel WEB UI
  • WebAdvisor
  • Triton Portal
  • CashNet - Payment Service
  • SoftDocs
  • Financial Aid Self Service
  • Moodle

A message regarding this shutdown schedule will also be posted at the Office of Information Technology Homepage at http://www.uog.edu/it

 

WHEN?

Wednesday, October 24, 2018, beginning at 4:00 PM.  Eduroam will remain available until 5:00 PM.

 

WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME?

No actions are required. However, if you are planning to use any of the services above, you will experience service disruptions during the shutdown period.
