Local Financial Aid
The Government of Guam Student Financial Assistance Programs (SFAP) offer financial assistance through the local government to college students pursuing degrees in locally needed areas of expertise, such as nursing, teaching, social work, and technical fields. The student does not need to pay the aid back or pays it back by working on Guam for a specified period of time.
All Guam financial aid programs require a FAFSA Application and the application for the individual program be submitted. See Step 2 of the Financial Aid Process.

College graduates or full-time graduate students at a U.S. accredited institution pursuing their first master’s, doctorate, or professional degree (M.D., J.D.) who have been accepted into a U.S. accredited professional/technica l program or an eligible foreign medical school. Degree program must be on Career Priority Listing - See application packet for detail. |
