Registration for the tinalo’ session is on a first-come, first-served basis on Self-Service. The respective colleges will conduct in person Tinalo’ registration from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. |

TUITION PAYMENT DEADLINE |

December 29, 2025 Students who do not officially drop their courses prior to or on the Schedule Adjustment date on Dec. 22 will be obligated to pay all tuition charges. The payment deadline is 4 p.m. on Dec. 29, at the cashier in the Business Office. The University accepts cash, checks (payable to UOG), and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). |

Outstanding obligation(s) must be cleared at the UOG Collections Office before registering. Financial Aid recipients should ensure that their names are on official lists submitted to the satellite registration and the Business Office.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
A 100% refund will be warranted when a course is officially cancelled or if the student drops the course prior to the first class meeting day. A 95% refund will be allowed if the student withdraws from the course before the second class meeting day. Course and lab fees are non-refundable.
The University reserves the right to cancel or change the classes listed in this course schedule as circumstances necessitate. The University also reserves the right to change
regulations affecting the student body at any time. New regulations are adopted and implemented as the governing authorities determine the need and are applicable both to prospective and matriculated students.
Voluntary Withdrawal
Students who officially withdraw after the deadline to withdraw without transcript record entry will receive a grade of “W” (withdrawal) for all classes from which they
withdrew. Students must withdraw at the Records Office. The deadline for voluntary withdrawal for Tinalo’ 2025 is Jan. 6, 2026. (See “Refund/Cancellation Policy” above.)
Withdrawal by Petition
Students who miss the voluntary withdrawal deadline and desire to withdraw a class(es) may petition for permission to withdraw by completing the “Petition for Withdraw” form, which is available at the Office of Admissions & Records. Students may petition for
withdrawal up until the last day of classes, which is Jan. 16, 2026. (See “Refund/Cancellation Policy” above.)
