Senior Citizens (55+) in the Tuition Waiver Program

Eligible residents (55+) may register on August 27, 2025. Contact Maria Caringal or Marissa Barcinas at the Office of Admissions and Records at 735-2210/11 on or before August 08, 2025.

SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENT & LATE REGISTRATION

95% refund or cancellation fee equivalent to 100% fees + 5% tuition applies for courses dropped during this period

TUITION PAYMENT DEADLINE

September 04, 2025

Otherwise, your registration will be cancelled, and you will still be liable to pay your financial obligation

The deadlines for withdrawals are as follows:

 

Deadline to withdraw from classes without a transcript record entry:
  • Aug. 26, 2025.

All students DEC withdrew from a course or courses during registration or the schedule adjustment (add/drop) period.

 

Deadline for voluntary withdrawal:
  • Sep. 24, 2025 - Part A-8-week classes
  • Oct. 08, 2025 - All others
  • Nov. 19, 2025 - Part B-8-week classes

Students who wish to officially withdraw after the deadline to withdraw without transcript entry will receive a grade of “W” (withdrawal) on their transcripts for all classes from which they withdrew. Withdrawal Forms must be received by the Office of Admissions & Records on or before the deadline. A technician will assist in making the withdrawal. Note: Withdrawal Forms without all required signatures will not be accepted. (See “Fee Schedule” below.)

 

Deadline to withdraw by petition:
  • Oct. 03, 2025 - Part A-8 week classes
  • Dec. 12, 2025 - All others & Part B-8 week classes

Students who miss the voluntary withdrawal deadline and desire to withdraw from a class or classes may petition for permission to withdraw by completing the Petition for

Course Withdrawal Form which is available at the Office of Admissions & Records. Students may petition for withdrawal up until the last day of classes before finals week. (See “Fee Schedule” below.)

Final payment for FANUCHÅNAN 2025 registration must be received by Sept. 04, 2025; otherwise, your registration will be cancelled, and you will still be liable to pay your financial obligation.

  1. There is no cancellation fee if you drop/withdraw from classes before Aug. 19. You will receive a 100% refund.
  2. If you drop classes during the first week of class (Aug. 20 - Aug. 26), you will be  charged with a cancellation fee equivalent to 5% of the tuition plus 100% of all fees.
  3. f you withdraw from classes between (Aug. 27 and Dec. 12), you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of tuition and fees.
