Biba Graduates!

The University of Guam celebrated the accomplishments of 319 graduates during Spring 2016 Commencement on Sunday, May 22, 2016 at the UOG Calvo Field House. UOG conferred 279 undergraduate degrees and 40 graduate degrees.

Combined with the number of graduates from Fall 2015, a total of 581 degrees were conferred in 2014-2015, the most in UOG history.

The Commencement Speaker was Her Excellency Hilda C. Heini, President of the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
Biology major Kevin Martinez, was named the Valedictorian.
Bilung Gloria G. Salii of Koror, Republic of Palau was given an honorary Master of Traditional Micronesian Knowledge.
