Triton Athletics
For the first time in more than 16 years, the University of Guam is proud to relaunch
Triton Athletics.
UOG has a strong history of stellar athletes who perform both in the classroom and
on the field/court. With the resurgence of organized sports, the University of Guam
is able to provide a holistic experience and garner camaraderie and pride across the
campus.

Highlights include Northern Construction's strong win over MicroFriends and Team Atypical's undefeated streak as they edged past Northern Construction. The University of Guam inducted five distinguished members of the Class of 2024 into the UOG Athletic Hall of Fame during a special ceremony at the UOG Calvo Field House. Honorees included a soccer coach, athletes, a photographer, and a special events leader.
In an intense Sunday night volleyball match, Au Mana edged out the UOG Lady Tritons 3-2 in the Lady Triton Volleyball League. Guam Pro 1 and Lady Bombers also secured wins in their respective matches at the UOG Calvo Field House.
The University of Guam's Triton Athletics awarded 16 student-athletes with scholarships totaling $10,000, donated by World Theater Productions and Guam Philharmonic Foundation from their Lion King, Jr. production. The event, held on October 11, featured performances and honored the donors for their contribution to the university.
