and for the various divisions and colleges within the institution of higher education.
We support the University’s mission, goals, and objectives and day-to-day operations.Therefore,
we embrace change and the opportunity it brings. We are focused on facilitation processes
and delivering HR programs, systems, services and consultation to all our faculty,
staff, and administrators in order to help create an environment which promotes accountability,
involvement, organization, alignment, diversity and high performance.

Grace Anne Dela Cruz, a junior at the University of Guam majoring in Nursing with a minor in Public Administration, has been named a 2025 Truman Scholar -- one of the nation's most prestigious scholarships for students pursuing careers in public service.
The event provided 12 UOG students a chance to present their math research and to see UOG alumni.
University of Guam professor Dr. LisaLinda Natividad shares heartfelt insights on the importance of love, presence, and cultural values in raising children. Drawing from her academic background and Chamoru heritage, Dr. Natividad encourages parents to foster emotional intelligence and strong familial bonds through compassionate parenting.
The University of Guam Triton Athletics and Field House Department awarded Gage Johnson Scholarships to three standout basketball players on April 16. Honoring UOG Athletic Hall of Fame member Gage Johnson, the scholarships support both men's and women's basketball athletes. Recipients include Marie Duenas and Kai Quidachy for women's basketball, and Tristan Valdes for the men's team. Johnson, a 1967-68 UOG basketball star, donated $2,000 through the UOG Endowment Foundation.
The University of Guam marked a historic milestone in sustainable development as the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) committed to 100% renewable energy by 2045 during the 16th UOG Conference on Island Sustainability. President Hilda Heine signed the Blue Planet Climate Agreement, aligning RMI with a global network of island communities focused on green growth and climate resilience. The event also celebrated the expansion of the Green Growth movement across the Pacific, spearheaded by UOG, the Blue Planet Alliance, and the Local2030 Islands Network.
