The Guam Cancer Trust Fund was created by the Healthy Futures Fund (P.L. 30-80) in 2010 to access financial assistance to organizations for cancer related services and the prevention of cancer. The Guam Cancer Trust Fund allows non-profit and charitable organizations, hospitals, clinics, educational institutions, local health departments to provide services for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, other services related to treatment of cancer in addition to education and outreach.

No. The Guam Cancer Trust Fund does not provide financial assistant directly to patients. The Guam Cancer Trust Fund provides assistance to qualified organizations to administer services.
No. Funded organizations by the Guam Cancer Trust Fund have their eligibility requirements. Interested individuals must meet organization eligibility requirements. The GCTF is not involved with eligibility requirements. For more information on eligibility please contact the organization directly.
Request for proposals are announced during the 4th quarter of each of fiscal year. Request for proposals are based on availability of funds. Please check the website for announcements.
