UOG Scholars Awarded a Total of $42,500
Fourteen students at the University of Guam were recently awarded scholarships from the Asian and Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund (APIASF). A total of $42,500 was given to students of the University. Scholarships range from $2,500 to $5,000.
The scholarship fund was set up to help Asian and Pacific Islanders access higher education. UOG is one of fifteen schools participating in the Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institution (AANAPISI) Scholarship Program.

The APIASF is the largest non-profit provider of college scholarships for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. The awards are given to U.S. citizens, nationals or legal permanent residents. For more information about the scholarship program visit www.apiasf.org.
